This is precisely the work we do in Channel: Foundations of Self.

Channel: Foundations of Self is a six-month intuition development program designed to help you become deeply connected to yourself, your body, your energy, and your own intuitive language.

We’ll work with energetic sensitivity, embodiment, grounding, nervous system capacity, meditation, self-inquiry, shadow work, conditioning, projection, emotional triggers, intuitive discernment, the psychic senses, and more.

Because the more clearly that you know yourself, the more clearly your intuition will begin coming through for you.

WHY FOUNDATIONS OF SELF COMES FIRST

There are a lot of ways to develop psychic abilities.

You can practice seeing auras. You can work with Zener cards. You can develop clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, mediumship, channeling, remote viewing, or energy healing.

Those skills are valuable, and we work extensively with psychic development in Levels 2 and 3 of Channel.

But psychic information still has to move through you.

Your nervous system. Your body. Your beliefs. Your expectations. Your emotional wounds. Your conditioning. Your fears. Your desires. Your relationship with uncertainty. Your ability to recognize what belongs to you and what doesn’t.

And if you don’t know yourself very well, it becomes incredibly easy to confuse fear with intuition, projection with truth, hypervigilance with sensitivity, or emotional activation with psychic information.

Foundations of Self is where we develop the awareness and discernment that deeper psychic development will eventually rest upon.

You do not need to be perfectly healed.

You do not need to have eliminated your triggers, fears, wounds, biases, or projections.

You need to learn how to recognize them.

We’ll practice noticing what is happening within you, staying connected to your body, working with your sensitivity, recognizing your patterns, questioning your interpretations, and work on becoming capable of separating your own internal experience from the intuitive information you’re receiving.

This work becomes the foundation for everything we’ll do in later levels of Channel.

And even if you never move on to advanced psychic development, these are skills you can use for the rest of your life!

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Foundations of Self runs for approximately six months, from January 3^rd 2027 through early June 2027.

We meet approximately 3–4 times per month over Zoom for a combination of:

• Live teaching
• Guided practices, meditations, visualizations, and exercises
• Group mentoring and discussion
• Integration and practice sessions
• Q&A and troubleshooting

Between classes, you’ll receive homework, reflection questions, PDF worksheets, journaling prompts, and practices designed to help you actually work with what you’re learning.

The time between classes matters.

Understanding something intellectually and actually recognizing it within yourself are very different things. This program gives you time to practice, observe yourself, integrate what you’re learning, and then bring your experiences and questions back into the group.

You’ll also have access to our private group community on Telegram for questions, discussion, sharing experiences, practice, and connection throughout the program.

Note that ALL live classes are recorded.

Recordings and course materials will be sent out via e-mail (Google Drive) after class, and you’ll retain access to the program materials for 12 months.

WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND EVERY CLASS?

That’s totally okay! This is a six-month program. Life is going to happen. And we will likely have students across many time zones.

I don’t expect every student to attend every single class live. Every session will be recorded so you can catch up when you’re able.

If you fall behind, please don’t disappear because you think you need to catch up before coming back!

Come to the next class. Participate in the group. Ask questions. Keep practicing. Circle back to whatever you missed when you have the capacity.

I especially encourage students to attend the mentoring, practice, and integration sessions live whenever possible, because those are where you’ll have the greatest opportunity for personalized support and interaction.

WHEN WILL CLASSES BE?

When I teach long format classes, I contact everyone registered thus far 2-3 weeks before the class start date (for Channel: Foundations of Self it will be the 2nd or 3rd week of December) and collect general schedules, availability, and time zones. I do my best to then create a schedule that works for a majority of people. Classes will be on different days and times, not the same day/time every single week. If you want to be taken into consideration when the schedule is created, please be sure to sign up before mid December!

ADDITIONAL 1:1 SUPPORT

Students enrolled in Channel can book discounted private mentoring sessions with me throughout the program if they would like additional individual support.

These sessions are completely optional and can be used for personalized mentoring, troubleshooting, additional support with course material, or working more deeply with something that has come up for you during the program.

CHANNEL IS A THREE-LEVEL INTUITIVE & PSYCHIC DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

Foundations of Self is Level 1 of the complete Channel training. Each level builds upon the previous one, moving from intuitive development and self-awareness into deliberate psychic development and increasingly advanced work with the channel.

LEVEL 1 — CHANNEL: FOUNDATIONS OF SELF – Intuition Development & Foundational Training

January – June 2027

Level 1 focuses on intuition, sensitivity, embodiment, self-awareness, energetic foundations, inner work, and discernment.

LEVEL 2 — CHANNEL: AWAKENING THE SENSES – Psychic Senses & Psychic Development

Late June – October 2027

Level 2 moves intentionally into psychic development.

We’ll work directly with the psychic senses — including clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizance, clairalience, clairgustance, psychometry, and more — through dedicated lessons, exercises, practice sessions, and mentoring.

You’ll learn how your individual psychic senses communicate with you, practice receiving information intentionally, build your psychic reference library, strengthen senses that may be less developed, and become more confident working with the information you receive.

Level 2 assumes that students already possess the foundational self-awareness, energetic skills, embodiment, and discernment developed during Foundations of Self.

LEVEL 3 — CHANNEL: EMBODIED PSYCHIC MASTERY – Advanced Psychic Development & Channeling

Mid-November 2027 – Spring 2028

Level 3 takes everything we’ve developed in Levels 1 and 2 deeper.

This is the advanced stage of the Channel training, where we’ll focus on greater depth, consistency, embodiment, discernment, and mastery of your individual channel.

Students who know they want to complete the entire journey can enroll in all three levels now at the reduced Complete Channel Training rate.

FAQ

I’ve been developing my psychic and intuitive skills already for a while, can I just skip to level 2?

Because Level 2 moves directly into intentional psychic development, students need an established foundation before entering.

You may enter Level 2 after completing one of the following:

• Channel Level 1: Foundations of Self
• Current or previous enrollment in my program Sovereign Sensitivity
• Approximately 3–6 months of ongoing 1:1 spiritual coaching with me

In limited circumstances, I will also consider direct entry into Level 2 on an individual basis for people who already have substantial equivalent experience and can demonstrate the foundational skills and self-awareness necessary for the work.

This is considered carefully on a case-by-case basis and requires an individual application/readiness assessment. Please email me to inquire.

Previous spiritual, healing, or psychic experience alone does not guarantee direct entry into Level 2.

Do I need to have experience with energy healing or any intuition development?

Not at all! We are starting at the ground level. I will meet you where you’re at. Whether you are brand new to all of this or spiritually seasoned. The great thing about this program is that it is going to initiate you deeper into your own unique spiritual path, regardless of where you are. 

Will I be able to do psychic readings after taking this course?

Possibly – it mostly depends on where you’re at in your journey before you begin this intuition & psychic development program and how you leave it. Each person is going to be on their own unique path. I can guarantee your channel will be clearer and sharper. I can guarantee that you will know yourself more clearly than ever before. I can guarantee that you’ll be beginning to utilize your intuition on a daily basis.
