These can be such great qualities, but sometimes they can also feel like a burden.
You end up getting overwhelmed and over stimulated. Drained after being around people. Stuck in your head attempting to process everything you just felt.
You might notice yourself:
- overthinking interactions
- trying to read people or anticipate their reactions
- saying yes when you want to say no
- feeling responsible for how other people feel
- needing alone time just to recover from being around others
And if you’re resonating with all this, questions like, “Why am I like this?” and “Why does everything feel like so much all the time?” might have rolled through your mind quite a few times.
I’m here to let you know that nothing is wrong with you. Your sensitivity isn’t the issue.
But the way you’ve had to adapt to life with your natural sensitivity and intuition is.
Many highly sensitive people are labeled as empaths and told they need to shield and protect themselves from everything, or find a way to lessen or numb or subdue their sensitivity. But honestly, that’s not the full picture and it usually leaves people feeling pretty lost and disempowered. What I see, over and over again in my clients and students, is this:
You were born with a naturally highly sensitive nervous system, and then somewhere along the way you learned to become hyper-aware of everything around you to feel safe and to survive.
You learned to:
- read people
- manage emotions (yours and theirs)
- stay one step ahead
- keep the peace
- not be “too much” for others
So now it doesn’t just feel like natural sensitivity, it feels like:
- overwhelm/overstimulation
- anxiety
- confusion about what’s yours and what’s someone elses’
- and a constant focus on other people instead of yourself
Because most likely, no one ever taught you how to:
- stay in your body while feeling deeply
- hold your own energy
- or actually be with your sensitivity without it taking you over the edge
Sovereign Sensitivity is where you learn just that.
This is a long-term transformational container where you learn how to actually embrace your sensitivity without being ruled by it.
And no, we are not going to be learning how to “shut our sensitivity off”. We won’t be trying to avoid everyone and hermit mode inside our homes. Or protect ourselves from everyone and everything as if we are weak and incapable.
Instead, we are going to learn how to work with the sensitivity in a healthy way, and how to embrace it in our day to day lives, while learning how to rewire the survival patterns and conditioning that got us to this point. We are going to focus on becoming grounded, regulated, embodied, clear, mature, and self led.
Right away, we’re going to start with learning how to work with energy.
Before we go into deeper healing work together, you’re going to learn how to actually stabilize yourself in your day to day life. This is a huge piece that most highly sensitive people are missing and its the thing that helps you hold yourself while doing deeper healing work.
You’ll be learning:
- how to protect your energy in a way that doesn’t come from fear
- how to clear your energy throughout the day and after draining interactions
- how to stop holding onto other people’s emotions and energy in your body & energy field
- how to let energy move through instead of gripping onto it
- grounding practices that actually bring you back into your body and into a place of embodiment
- breathwork to regulate your nervous system
- simple ways to feel more stable day to day
This is the kind of stuff where students usually say to me, “Wait… why has no one taught me this before? Why don’t we learn this kind of stuff in school?!”
Once we’re more stabilized, then we’ll be going deeper.
Because unfortunately, all the tools and techniques in the world won’t change your patterns and conditioning that got you to where you’re at currently.
Once you’re more stable, we start doing shadow work and looking at:
- where your patterns came from
- how you learned to relate to and communicate with others
- where you’re still abandoning yourself
- why boundaries feel so hard
- why you end up over-giving or over-functioning
And we work through it gradually, with lots of support, group discussion, and mentoring.
Class Overview:
Module 1 — Stabilization & Safety
In module one, you’ll be learning how to feel more grounded and regulated in your body. We’ll be going over:
- your sensitivity & nervous system
- energetic protection
- energy hygiene & clearing your field
- grounding, embodiment, and breathwork
- nervous system states (fight/flight/freeze/fawn)
- creating a lifestyle that supports your sensitivity
- understanding hypervigilance vs true intuitive sensitivity
Module 2 — Discernment & Separation
In module two, you learn how to discern what’s yours vs what isn’t. You’ll learn:
- energetic and emotional discernment
- how to be around others without absorbing or merging
- identifying where your energy is leaking
- letting go of over-responsibility for others
- staying connected without losing yourself
Module 3 — Setting Boundaries & Ending Self-Abandonment
In module 3, we focus on understanding, setting, and holding boundaries and ending self-abandonment patterns:
- recognizing self-abandonment patterns
- rebuilding self-trust
- learning how to set and hold boundaries
- people pleasing, “good girl” conditioning, over-functioning
- learning to receive and actually support yourself
Module 4 — Trauma Patterns & Identity
Module 4 helps you understand the origins of your patterns and to begin to heal the wounding under the surface:
- the overlap between sensitivity, trauma, & hypervigilance
- inner child healing & generational patterns
- codependency & unhealthy relational dynamics
- avoidance, numbness, and dissociation survival patterns
- releasing the identity of “the overwhelmed empath”
Module 5 — Power, Anger & Capacity
In module 5, we focus on stepping into your strength, resiliency, and sense of empowerment:
- building nervous system capacity to hold more
- reclaiming your personal power
- working with and processing anger
- working through triggers and deeper self-healing
- developing internal authority
Module 6 — Life & Relationship Changes
Module 6 is all about actually applying this to your day to day life and implementing what you’ve learned/making changes in how you carry yourself:
- changing and healing old relationship patterns
- communication and developing secure attachment
- work/career, purpose, and burnout
- creating a life that supports your sensitivity
Module 7 — Embodiment & Integration
In this last phase, we are focused on really integrating and embodying this sensitive, resilient, and empowered version of yourself:
- channeling your abundant life force energy into yourself and your life (instead of others & fear)
- using your sensitivity as a gift
- creative expression, purpose, and direction
- embodying confidence, presence, and self-leadership
This program is designed to be highly transformative.
At the beginning, you might feel:
- overwhelmed/overstimulated
- disconnected from your body
- unsure of what’s yours and what’s others’
- stuck in people pleasing or overfunctioning
But by the end, you’ll be:
- grounded and deeply in your body
- able to feel without spiraling or self abandoning
- clear on your boundaries and actually able to hold them
- no longer managing others or merging with people for safety
- trusting yourself and your perception
- seeing your sensitivity as something that supports you, not drains you
This program is for you if:
- you know you’re sensitive, intuitive, or empathic
- you often feel overwhelmed by people or environments
- you struggle with setting boundaries or saying no
- you tend to put others before yourself to a fault
- you want to feel more grounded, clear, and in control of your life
- you’re ready to actually do deeper work
This program is NOT for you if:
- you’re looking for a quick fix
- you want someone else to fix or save you
- you’re not willing to take responsibility for yourself
- you don’t plan to actually show up and engage
I want to be clear that this is not a passive program. What you put in will be what you get out of it. If you show up, engage, do the work, and let yourself actually be in the process, you will change. A lot.
If you don’t, if you’re half in, you won’t experience the same level of transformation.

FAQ – Sovereign Sensitivity
When will the calls be held?
When I host group programs, I always reach out to students who have already registered and ask for their general availability (do they prefer weekends, weekdays, weeknights, etc) and time zone. I then do my best to alternate days/times and prioritize time slots that work best for the majority of people. A finalized schedule will be posted to this webpage in July. If you would like to be a part of the scheduling process, please register before July 1st. We will have 3-4 calls per month, approx 1-2 hours each.
What if I can’t make the live calls?
No problem at all! All calls will be recorded and uploaded to Google Drive the following day, and you’ll have access to them for a full year (through August 2027).
Of course, being live is ideal because you can ask questions and be part of the group discussion & mentoring, but you won’t fall behind if you can’t attend every call.
Do I need experience with energy work or spirituality?
No. Everything will be taught from the ground up in a way that’s practical and easy to understand.
If you already have experience, this will deepen it.
If you don’t, you’ll learn everything you need as you go.
Is this more “spiritual” or more “practical”?
It’s both. We’ll be working with:
- energy (biofield, clearing, protection, etc.)
- nervous system regulation
- embodiment and the physical body
- emotional and relational patterns
So yes, there is a big spiritual lens, but everything is grounded and applicable to your real day to day life.
Will this be overwhelming or too intense?
It is deep work, but I’ve paced it intentionally with space to process and get support if you need. First, we will be starting with tools to help you feel more stable and regulated before digging into deeper patterns.
You will not be thrown into the deep end without support and tools to work with it. The entire program is designed to build your capacity over time and to go slow – that’s precisely why it’s as long as it is.
As we do the deeper work in this program to unravel childhood conditioning and patterns (especially in relationships and family of origin,) it can be a little intense. We will have intentional calls focused on group discussion and mentoring. You will also have access to discounted 1:1 calls with me if needed.
I want to be clear that you do need to be able to hold yourself through this work. If you need additional support, make sure you are getting it.
What if I’ve tried therapy, courses, or workshops before and nothing really stuck?
That’s actually really common (and was the case for me too on my healing journey!) A lot of people I teach have tried talk therapy, short term programs, and one off workshops and didn’t get lasting change because there just wasn’t enough time and long term support as they began to make changes in their lives, and because many classes and workshops (and even talk therapy,) will only address one piece (like the mind, OR the body, OR working with energy, but not all 3.)
As somebody who went through the same thing, I wanted to design a program that was different and could hold and support long term transformation. I structured it in a way that will be conducive to this type of growth, healing, and long term change. And we will be focused on the mind, body, and soul. Everything I teach is based in my own lived experience and my 7 years of working with clients/students and teaching this kind of work.
How much time will I need to commit?
There will be weekly calls, plus whatever time you choose to spend integrating and doing the work. You don’t need to overhaul your entire life for this program, but you do need to stay engaged and devoted to this process and transformation. The more you put in, the more you get out. On average, you can expect 1-2hrs ish per week for our calls, and maybe a few minutes of homework practices or journaling per day (more if you want it).
What if I fall behind?
Life happens and I totally get that. This is part of why I offer class recordings. You’ll have access to all recordings until August 2027 (3 months after we finish the program), and you can move at your own pace if needed. We also will periodically have “catch up” weeks where we don’t have a live class, and you can use that time to get caught up.
Is there 1:1 support?
Yes. You’ll have access to discounted 1:1 sessions with me throughout the program (for mentoring or energy work), if you want additional support. You are also able to ask personal questions and get mentoring, coaching, guidance, and energy work live from me during group classes.
What kind of people will be in this program?
Most likely, people who feel deeply, are deeply self-aware, are ready to grow, and are willing to be honest with themselves. Most of the people I teach are highly sensitive and intuitive women who have – somewhere along the way – lost touch with their true self and their bodies, and are finding their way back home once again. This isn’t a surface-level space – it’s going to be a group of people who are actually doing the work.
What if I’m scared to change my relationships or my life?
That’s so, so normal. A lot of people feel this way, especially when they start realizing how much they’ve been over-giving or self-abandoning. A lot of resistance can come up. No one will be forcing you to make drastic changes overnight. Ultimately, the choices you make and changes you make will be fully and completely up to you, and done at your pace. But I can assure you that you will gain clarity on yourself by being in this space, and over time, you’ll naturally start making different choices that are more aligned with your truth.
Will this fix me?
No – because you’re not broken! This program will give you tools, help you understand your patterns, and support you as you change. But you are the one who does the work. And that’s actually the empowering part! And how you come to be a strong, resilient, powerful, embodied sensitive person.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because of the nature of this program and the access provided, all sales are final. Please make sure this feels aligned for you and you’re fully a yes before joining. Under certain circumstances, I will allow a student to move to a future cohort if the timing isn’t in alignment anymore. Please note that if you are on a payment plan and stop paying, your access to the class and materials and recordings will be revoked.
What is Zoom? Do I Need to Download Anything?
Zoom is a website/software that hosts video meetings, conference calls, webinars, and chats. You do not need to download anything.
